RADIO FREQUENCY SEALING & TEARING TOOLS:
One our specialties include the designing and building of RF sealing and tearing tooling for all areas of packaging industry , belting industry, and for the medical industry. All of our dies are CNC machined in-house. With our extensive RF Tooling experience, most dies are shipped in two weeks or less. Since we standardize our dies, if they become damaged, we are in most cases able to recut them and thereby extend the life of the tooling and eliminate the expense of having to make new tooling. We can also analyze damaged tooling and find an effective solution to repair it. Northwest Tool's expanded line of products includes custom made shuttle, rotary (index) tables, shielding, and die removers to accommodate your current tooling and machinery.
